This requirement guides both the design of new developments and the transformation and modernization of existing properties, with solutions that are fairer, more innovative and more sustainable, designed for use, for the site and for its local roots.

Energy performance is built in right from the outset, whether for new buildings, conversions or renovations. Orientation, compactness, envelope, passive solar gain and adapted equipment are rigorously studied to reduce operating consumption. 
Depending on the project, we implement diversified supply solutions - photovoltaic, geothermal, heat pumps, heat recovery or district heating - to improve the efficiency of the whole, limit its carbon footprint and guarantee its control over time.

A sustainable building is also a building that can adapt. Because needs evolve rapidly, we anticipate right from the design stage the possibilities for transforming spaces, facilities and equipment. 
This constructive flexibility facilitates future adaptations, prolongs the useful life of the building and enables us to better control costs over its entire life cycle, by avoiding heavy interventions or poorly anticipated upgrades.

The choice of materials affects the environmental impact of the project, its quality of use and the health of those who build and occupy it. We favor solutions selected for their relevance, durability, potential for reuse or recovery, and health performance. 
This requirement also extends to construction wood, for which we favor responsible channels and traceability, in order to inscribe each project in a more sober, local and perennial logic, open to the most useful innovations on the market.
